Remember the Saturn. Remember it well.

An early release of NMS would be nothing like Saturn. Sega stuffed the Saturn launch because they were surprise launching hardware which resulted in no software being available at launch, removing any reason to buy the hardware. Releasing a game early isn't a problem so long as it gets sufficient marketing to tell people it's been released, something NMS would get if it was released in PGW (which will be covered by all the gaming outlets).

that would be very very stupid.

No way it coming out that soon. When the game is about to come out, Sony will make sure to throw a party on their blog and let us all know.

I am thinking it will likely skip to next year. If the release was this soon, he would have unveiled it on the daily show interview.

You know what... December 26th. All those people need to spend their PSN vouchers on something.... right?

Hmm, pie.

What if they'll announce the game's release date on the day of the conference? Just sayin'.

This is the most likely scenario. And possibly a surprise "network test" or beta. As Sony has said, they're treating this like a major first party release.

Why do you think that? It's a new IP. I think it will sell fairly well but if it lives up to people hope it will be, it will sell phenomenally well.

I'm not that sure that will sell phenomenally well. After watching many videos and stuff , I'm still not quite sure what you have to do in the game. OK, you get on your ship, discover planets and animals and... Is there a history mode or at the least missions you have to complete?

It looks cools, but It's not a easy sell. It will probably do OK.

Minecraft...

Did they take it down from Amazon? or has it ever been on Amazon?

No,i don't think so. I belive they intend to release No Man's Sky alongside PSVR.

I think they will show some more NMS, which will be played on PS4 and then they will announce release date and let everyone know it will ship PSVR ready and show a montage of people playing it with PSVR.

I reckon price will be around £30 as they will want as many people as possible to own it and play it, afterall it has a whole universe that needs exploring.

Wouldn't be surprised if they launch PSVR early next year as Samsung is launching their budget VR in November for $99.
