So, rare replay released on tuesday 4th of august and only sold 78k from that tuesday till the next monday, is it just me, or is that an insanely poor first week? Just shows that the fanboys have big mouths but small wallets...?

Rare fanboys own Nintendo consoles, it's that simple. MS should definitely consider selling Banjo and Conker.

Not quite sure I understand the fanboy comment, but I do have to say I thought this game would do a bit more. Although I suppose too much can't be expected out of a collection of old games.

I mean, it's a collection of quite old games, I don't know how many of the X1 owners even know the games in it...(of course I'm talking about more casual "gamers" that don't keep up with the news for thier consoles). Yes,the numbers are low, but I'm surprised it even sold that much since X1 doesn't focus on platforming/old school games

Rare's old IPs simply don't belong to Microsoft consoles.

Like every article about either PS4 or XO there is someone that mentions that Rare Replay is a rival crushing system seller and that it will sell 'millions' of units, but it seems that were just words and that very few actually bought it.

FH2 sold 300k in its first week? This sold close to 80k? That is not bad.

We know it sold close to 109k in the US in August (from NPD). That's certainly not bad.
