Well, why not, Sony always does a lot of bundles, this one could be nice for many users, if marketing were good enough to tell users what benefits it can offer, and does a good job to make those benefits look attractive enough too.

I doubt enough people would care for it to matter. And unless is a bundle that people actually want, then a bundle is a negative even if it presents a "value". Its a lot easier to convince people that Destiny Bundle is a value cause they want Destiny, rather than the Knack Bundle being a value, even though objectively speaking they are both a 60$ retail game and PS4 console, at discounted price.

A perma or temp price cut for the PS4 would cause a skyrocket in sales versus bundling a PS4 bundle with Playstation TV which would only attract people who were interested in Playstation TV. Why not do both along with whatever bundles they are going to do?

This. One thing Sony kept on doing well even when it was botching things big time is not sticking just to one product or strategy or consumer group, and that, BTW, was what allowed it to resist MS attacks even when they were at their harshest and Sony itself at its weakest, now that it's strong again in gaming, price cut plus many bundles for all the tastes would almost be overkill.
