I'm still expecting 600k PS4 to 400k Xbox One which will be good for both consoles. I think you guys underestimate the power of a price cut for the most popular console.
Also, don't let last year deceive you. What I see is people saying Xbox One selling more on the holidays is the norm which is something I completely disagree with. The holidays is the season where Xbox has a chance of outselling Playstation through good offers price wise and this chance was killed by the PS4 price cut and the third party deals.

Regarding black friday; The PS4 is $350 now which means there will probably be $299 deals over the weekend. MS doesn't really have the advantages they had last holiday. I don't think an official $299 price drop will affect SW and COD bundles either. Those bundles might get a price drop during BF weekend too.


You are not paying atention to the whole scenario.

Retailers will do deals on their own, but if MS cuts the price, those deals would still happen and the XBO would be cheaper than the PS4, both official and during BF when both wil get deals.

If that happens, BF crazyness might be able to change this scenario where right now, will be a big PS4 domination.



Yeah i'm taking that possibility into account. Point still stands. The SW and COD bundles are already going be hard for MS to beat. If they get price drops during BF, a $299 XB1+BF deals won't stop those bundles from selling imo.

The Black Friday ads should start leaking soon hopefully. PS4 sold just under 900k last BF if I remember correctly, so with the price cut and cod/SW bundles this year, it should easily do over a million.

X1 having a bit of a surge. Gears bundle now in the 50s. Either way you look at it, it's been an average show for the x1 halo month (on Amazon at least). Looks like my prediction of 2 x1 bundles in the top 20 isn't going to happen.
