Rockstar has a bad relationship with Nintendo. I'm pretty sure I remember them having a working version of the game for the Wii U they didn't release. Though I may have to look that up

Oh really wow never knew that. I remember reading a article about the game in a N64 magazine and just assumed it only got  a N.American release or something.
