Forums - Gaming - Street Fighter 5 Will Not Have On-Disc DLC

- Capcom producer Matt Dahlgren confirmed to Game Revolution at Tokyo Game Show, he said:

“There will not be on-disc DLC, for sure,”

- confirmation comes after on-disc DLC controversy surrounding Street Fighter X Tekken released in 2012, after players exploited glitches that unlocked some of the 12 DLC characters up for later availability.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

yeah, sure...

Yayy?

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

This sounds fishy.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

So they're doing it to guarantee that the only way to unlock the DLC is by paying.

Well they've already said that every bit of content released during the lifetime of SFV will be unlockable by gameplay in a league of legends style setup. I mean it should really be great if it means that you can unlock bonus costumes by playing more online games then it should mean a more active online community for longer.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

No on-disc-dlc, ok....now Capcom can just introduce day 1 patch which has the dlc-content, then as we know player can either grind or pay with money.

I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

That shouldn't be news...

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.
