It looks like this might be PS3 slowest week since October and end of it's winning streak... (over XB360, obviously) what do you think? Will XB360 top PS3 this week? next week? when?

I expect PS3 to outsell 360 this week worldwide.

Even with the European price drop on 3/14.

I think that PS3 will stay on top. UK chart didn't really show a big increase in X360 sales (one would expect that people buying X360 would also buy more games with it). American sales however low aren't really different from last week for X360/PS3 comparision (X360 around 6-7k higher). I think that PS3 will stay higher than X360 in Others but even if it won't than Japan should help with around 15k more for PS3.

I think that recession shadow may bring all numbers down in the next weeks/month, shorten diferences and maximize price cuts, possibly inverting PS3 / XBOX360 order in others

I dont believe the 360 will outsell the PS3 this week, as I dont believe the PS3 would go below 150k.

(I thought 45k ==> 69k, it was a good increase for just 3 days !!)

I don't think the price cut will be enough as Japan will obviously go to PS3 while the US difference is only showing as approx 5K. So no, I think WW PS3 will still squeak past 360.

Personally I think the PS3 would gain bigger boost than 360 from price cut but it seems Sony is content to wait and see at the moment rather than drive more sales via another price move.
