Are you glad or disappointed at Floyd's retirement announcement? Maybe you think Mayweather has done pretty much everything he could do at boxing?

Do you believe the hate surrounding Mayweather is understandable or way overboard?

The man was a douche of a person but that doesn't mean he wasn't a good boxer.

Boxing has been dead to me every since Rocky beat Draco and ended the Cold War single handedly.

He was a great yet unspectacular boxer that played point game and constantly put on boring fights.

Also he is a complete selfish douche that cares only about himself and his riches, in that order. I'm glad he retired. He was good enough to go 49-0 sure; but now others will get the chance to shine and hopefully make boxing interesting again.

UFC long surpassed boxing but as a MMA fan I hope boxing becomes relevant again.

He said this was his last fight just so he could sell PPV's to people who believed him. There is no way he leaves 50-0 on the table just one more boring fight against another scrub away.

Now he can bill the next one as his true retirement, watch history as Floyd fights for the final time and tries to beat Rocky's record.

The way this guy fights is so boring. He's probably ran more miles in the boxing ring than I have in every marathon I've ever been in. And that's 4.

This comes surprising, Mayweather is a great boxer!
