So, Sony recently announce staggering losses, so how are they going to keep Home in hte black? The cost for Blizzard to keep WoW up and running are pretty high, but when they are charging $14.99 a month, it balances out for a very nice profit. Now Sony is going to launch a persistent second life type setup, with no cost to the consumer...the math doesn't add up. This is going to create a whole new cost factor to consume any gains in costing they might achieve from PS3 production cost benefits. I think Sony is going to have to nickel and dime PS3 owners to breakeven. BTW, I can see a drop in software usage on the PS3 for those "living" in Home...only so much time in a day to be building you apartment and making your clothes..and watching movies with friends at the theater in Home...to have time to go on a snake mission...lol.
