They shouldn't lol, what I'm trying to say is, it's not deserving of such low numbers.

i think it does. to a japanese gamer, Xb1 is inferior to PS4 in pretty much every way.

Using that train of logic, mobiles are inferior to consoles in pretty much every way and it's japanese gaming choice no.1, so we can only safely conclude that japaneses would prefer XB1 to Ps4, amirite? :P

how are mobiles inferior to consoles in every way?

also, mobiles and consoles are two different products. Xb1 and PS4 are both consoles.

so you can take your PS4 with you and play on the train?

You mean, you don't do that already?!

And since you mention portability, then there's the handhelds, which are superior to mobile games when it comes to gaming and are not the choice no.1 :P

do they make phone calls? do they have the same content?

mobile gaming is big because smartphones are all in one devices, you carry it because it does everything, and one of those things just happens to be gaming. gaming on a handheld means you need to carry something extra, as well as pay for something extra.

Gaming-wise?

And obviously you have to carry something extra, as well as pay for something extra; but aren't handhelds the second prefered gaming choice in Japan? Would you say handhelds are superior to consoles when it comes to games?

Technically you can, whether you would want to bother is another matter of course

I have that portable tv. Use it for Wii U to play Smash on the go.
