I don't think so. A Link Between Worlds was definitely a tease for the future, with the game barely having any tutorials and such! Even Aonuma said that.

Aonuma has not been subtitle about wanting to introduce multiplayer into Zelda U. I wouldn't be surprised. I think TH should have been part of ALBW, rather than its own separate game, so I'd love it if they just did that for Zelda U.
