See, someone could pick that up and it would get them clear through till spring. Maybe pick up The Witcher or Arkham Knight cheap. 

They are the two games I play most and will be playing for quite a while. Really happy with how TTK turned out.... now the best shooter on the market (IMO).

Holy F**k-balls, that is a great bundle!

Typical Amazon though; if I didn't see the post above I'd never know this bundle existed on their site. Searching for "PS4" in video games category lists everything *but* this bundled.

Holy F**k-balls is right, everithing you said is right, I could not resist and actually bought ir right now. I dont like dstiny, but that white ps4 and the docor was calling me for a while and now that MGSV was added, its a no brainer. Bloodbourne ill buy at a later time.

Looks like Destiny might possibly end up being a system-seller on two separate months a year apart, which would be a first, though I imagine most of the boost would be from people getting the LE system than from first-timers just now getting a standard PS4 to play the the game.

Also, that Star Wars bundle is doing great for the preorders. Combined with a now almost certainly imminent price cut in the West as well as other PS4-exclusive marketing deals (it's now COD's flagship platform, and COD is still huge), November and possibly also December are Sony's to lose.

I'm just shocked that the Darth Vader PS4 seems to be outperforming the Halo 5 bundle. But then again, it's 50$ cheaper so maybe I should expect that.

I'm still curious as to how much of a system seller H5 will be.  I had thought the vast majority of those interested in Halo, probably would've bought an XB1 long before H5 launched, and of course you'd see a upswing in XB1 sales because of it....but would it be sustained?  Would it fall off a cliff after a short period?

But, I'm not entirely suprised to see a SW Darth Vader themed PS4 lighting it up...I mean, SW love is pretty universal.

Well it's not like Halo 5 will sell 3 million XBOs, but it'll certainly give a 100k+ boost in october. I'm not sure how sustained the boost will be, and honestly there's not really a way to tell.
