Seems that the Taken King has been received much better for the Destiny series than its first game in the saga. Here's hoping whatever Bungie and Activision did to correct the issue continue doing so.

It's not, it's actually traditionally very poor at predicting software sales.  It's why people only really talk hardware sales seriously, because Amazon's been perfect in that regard, thus far (this gen).

I think in terms of sofstware, Amazon is only really any good for helping us estimate what software is driving sales of a given platform.

The Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon differentiate themselves argument is dead, IMO

mainstream consumers just see, forza after forza, after forza, getting announced/released, and in the case with horizon 2, only a few months after the game launched they announced a new forza

Not a surprise.Forza 5 was a launch game, so you didin't really have much choice with the poor launch.

Now, in 2015...it's not really the same thing.

3 PS4 SKU currently ahead of the top Xbox One SKU(Forza 6).

Surprised at how well TLoU bundle is selling, just keeps going up. PS4 may have three skus in the top twenty soon.

TLOU SKU got in late in the hourlies due to stock issues. Will probably take a while til it shows up in the monthlies.
