I don't buy games day one, I always wait until they drop at least 50% in price.
But out of the games out this fall that I will buy when they reach that criteria:
Uncharted Collection, Fallout 4 and Just Cause 3 - definitely
MGS 5 - maybe (at 75% off)
Until Dawn - if it is not complete crap (has to meta above 60)
No Man's Sky - definitely if it comes out this year
