You listed five of the best selling consoles in America to demonstrate that Nintendo is in charge, however only one of those Nintendo consoles is still in print. Those are OLD numbers that have little to no bearing on the CURRENT market, a temporal phenomenon you have issue with based on your belief with sales figures.

Handhelds are consoles, just a different classification. There are Home Consoles and Handheld Consoles.
