You're darn right. Level 5 knows how to destroy their own IPs, thank you very much.
Honestly, I think it's a pretty creative tie-in for the series. Far better than the previous spin-offs.
Lol for a second there I thought the Wii U just got a huge win (at least for Japan). Anyway this should sell decently for what it is.

Absolutely. Level-5 is really taking Yokai above and beyond, perhaps way too quickly. Consumers might feel fatigue sooner or later if they aren't careful, but considering YW3 isn't happening this year, I guess all the spinoffs can slide.
It is pretty creative. Kinda reminds me of P4DAN (hey, another series with an impressive number of spinoffs). And at least this kind of makes sense considering the popularity of the Yokai dance.
Disappointing, Level-5 should have considered a Professor Layton dancing game instead.
