I don't even know what's your argument in here when the thread is about Square Enix handing down marketing deals to Sony so they could focus on making a good game better. What are you even fighting for?

How exactly does the game get better by handing down marketing deals to Sony? Do the PR people of Square Enix help out in other departments?

Sony could've shown TLG last year but decided not to instead they waited until they had a perfectly running gameplay of a demo which speaks more than a CGI trailer. They could've done that but a demo gameplay would absolutely silence the haters to oblivion. Blahblah CGI trailer.lol

Or they could've shown Uncharted 4 extended live demo gameplay which would absolutely destroy E3 2015 to smithereens(which was already destroyed by sony tbh) but decided not to as that would steal the spotlight from FFVIIR, Shenmue 3, Horizon, TLG etc. Instead they gave a staggerred release weel after E3. Which is really great favor to everyone. FFVIIR got the spotlight, Shenmue 3 became the best-funded kickstarter videogame of all time and Horizon did not have to compete with Uncharted and TLG was still remembered as one the best intro for  E3.

Timing is very important for marketing and Sony is killing it so far.

Again: How exactly does the game get better by handing down marketing deals to Sony? Do the PR people of Square Enix help out in other departments?

All you show are some examples where Sonys's own marketing didn't fail.

The guys working for the demo gameplay would have been added to the work force instead of working on a demo?

Do you really think making demos is an easy job? They're even patching it. lol Time and money is being wasted on that instead of working on other things that could've been pretty helpful to make the game run better and demo it properly where they are presenting it in a given time.

SE needs an outside perspective. They aren't very efficient.

Simply means, SE is still have their stubborn side.

Sony has already problems with marketing because they have too much games.

What do you reckon it costs SE to heavily market one of their games? I'm sure it's expensive. If SE hands over marketing of FFXV to sony, it can focus the resources (money) it would of spent on marketing on other areas instead.

You know he's not talking about getting the damned freed up PR guys to work on the game. What a nonsensical question or point.

And Sony would do that work for free, no strings attached? Suuuure!

You are an armchair general par excellence, what would Square Enix do without you.

Oh wait, according to their latest financial reports they are doing just fine without you.
