Forums - Gaming - After FFVII Remake, do you see Square go for FFVII-2, FFVII-3, etc?

I really hope not, if they want to make sequels it would the make them for "crono", "vagrant story", legend of mana" or "threads of fate"

Nope.

They've already done that in the form of Advent Children and Dirge of Cerberus.

If anything they'll make a sequel to Dirge of Cerberus or HD remake of Crisis Core and/or Before Crisis.

I could see a FF7 HD collection with crisis core, before crisis playable in HD and Advent Children as bonus (KH HD like)

Probably not.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

I really hope at least one sequel is made. I need a definitive conclusion to the series.

The only way to bring a definitive conclusion to FFVII may be allowing the planet to break into pieces at the end.

The franchise already showed the end of humankind, no need for the planet to break into pieces.

And then you'd have RedXIII's story. :)

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

I would've preferred that and having been thinking about it ever since that ff7 e3 2006 trailer and HD rumour.

in the end though I always thought they would go for the HD remake, if they were going to anything and to be honest even though I enjoyed Compilation of Final Fantasy VII I think it has exhausted most of the possible plot lines for a decent fvii-2.

Especially after x,2 xiii 2,3. I think square will be more cautious about putting out any old sequel to one of their most beloved entry’s in the series

Please jesus NO!

Realistically I wouldn't put it past them. Equally I wouldn't entirely blame them if they're going to put all of that money into rebuilding this whole functioning world.

I would rather they just do a huge, expansive post game DLC release thats like $30 and 6months worth of core developement time. I don't want them delaying future FInal Fantasy's in order to milk VII anymore. Also lets be completely honest, it'll probably be a dissapointment if they made a full sequel

FFVII-2 : Resurrection

I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

I doubt it, this would destroy the original game imo.

Living in a world with no human threat and repopulating his species.... weird game.

Hmm, pie.
