Half the Nintendo community here was vocally opposed to NX coming out before 2017, but this is really putting the icing on the cake that it's a 2016 launch.

They're showing off those unprecedented partnerships.
Actually it's not confirmed for the NX.Square only says they are considering it,which means nothing at this point.
“Additionally, we are also considering launching on Nintendo’s in development NX platform,” Square Enix said in a press release."
