You were talking about publishers, not developers.
And Atlus is not the best Japanese developer/publisher( their mother company, Sega). Maybe on some hardcore gaming forums, but that's not representative for the whole gaming market.

Im taking about a company gamers want more from, respect, love, are excited about, ar excited to hear from. Im a gamer not business man. Localize the Yakuza games, announce Valkyria Chronicles 4 for consoles not handheld and also Binary Domain 2, and I'll believe you Sega.
