The only problem they're fixing for America is its existence on the shelf.

Nope.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
Why would it release in Japan and Europe then?
Valhalla has had plenty of time to prep the release.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
No. They were considering not publishing it and now they realize that there was a demand for it. The really should have launched it during the summer with the rest of the world, though. A lot of Wii U owners will likely pick it up in the UK and Australia (maybe even Japan) just to have something new to play.
Q4 already has "Star Fox Zero", "Xenoblade X", and "Mario Tennis" packed in with big multi-plats on the PS4/XBO. I'll be getting "Star Fox", "Xenoblade", and "Fallout 4" at best.

No as it's still coming to Europe and Japan earlier.
They are not going to make two different versions of the same game on the same console.
Even patching sounds unlikely as there are many different problems to solve (meaning that there are lots of files involved) and that would take a patch that's probably nearly the same size as the game itself. Unlikely.

why not. some games do their patches in little increments and fix. We just don't know if Nintendo and/or Valhalla would support it 100% afterwards. But i'm leaning towards that Valhalla would support the PC version since it is has free to start (microtransactions) and if there is a good size of players, they could get money from it.

THIS.

They could release a patch to solve a few issues, like improving the framerate in some portions of the game, and fixing some frecuently ocurring minor errors, but beyond that I don't think many changes could be included. The only difference that I can see is that the European and Japanese version of the game comes without that patch and you have to download it, and the American version does include the patch.
