A more intelligent look at the game that doesn't just bash it because it is the cool thing to do.. After watching those videos what do you think about the game?

Personally I am going to buy it because I only own a Wii U and I want a more adult game. Shooting paint just is not enough for me although it is fun.

So... Is the Devil's Third going to be 'The Order 1886" of the wiiU?

This game won't score very high overall though..

I'm thinking around 50 is about right. We won't have to wait too long.

Or simply sell the WiiU and buy a 360/PS3 and get some quality "adult" games. Dont be OK with subpar support, just because you are stuck with a console on life support.

4 of those 5 "good things" about the game literally felt like the writer had space to fill. Like he wanted to mention that the difficulty was good, but then had committed to a list of 5 and had to scrape the barrel to find 4 other good things about the title.

"The game has a funny word in it" was particularly ridiculous.

I will likely end up buying this game one day as I quite like b-tier stuff, btw. But I don't understand the recent obsession with trying to pass the game off as something that it's not.

if everything that is said in the first link is all true, then nintendo really shouldnt publish the game. i know it sucks, but you cant just publish trash. it isnt good

I don't think the "good points" are really going to convince anyone otherwise considering that many of the points were filler like Kresnik said. But at the same time it doesn't seem to be as terrible as many are making out to be, the game does seem to have a weird quirky charm to it which might make up for some flaws.

Arkham city and origins

Those assassin creeds games

Metroid prime trilogy

Bayonetta 1+2

Now some of those games I just listed are great and other are ok but they all look like they are better options than devils 3rd. If you are just legit into devils 3rd that's cool, but don't get it because your desperate

Thanks good suggestions. Already got Bayonetta and all the Metroids. I don't think I am THAT desperate. But honestly was always hyped for this game so I will probably get it no matter the reviews. Reminds me of a Duke Nukem and No More Heroes hybrid which are 2 games I loved... So if they do release it in america I will get it.
