How many grenades do you get on a full charge? 2? 3 max? Seems like a pretty tough style to only use burst bombs.

I think the suction bomb is one of the best in Tower Defence but sprinkler can be really good in Splat Zones so yeah, it really varies depending on map and mode |
But again, there's no map or mode where you wont have to fight, and in all cases clearing out the enemy is priority number 1. Regardless this list is based on overall performance from my experience, which includes all three multiplayer modes and, well, 8 maps since I haven't used all of them on Moray Towers yet.

Like I said I was only doing the burst bombs only thing for practice and for lulz. You get 4 bombs from a full tank and with direct/near hits it takes 2-3 bombs to kill.
You'll like the new Splash-O-Matic, it will have Burst Bombs and Inkzooka. Tower Control is gonna be fun.
Two more interesting weapons arrive tomorrow morning in #Splatoon: E-litre 3K Scope and Neo Splash-o-matic. #WiiU pic.twitter.com/pxqFN9YaKS

I guess.. and it also depends on which primary weapon you use as well..
I go with NZap 89 for splatzones and I don't rely on my secondary for kills. Therefore, in order to cover ground on multiple locations (esp. Port Mackeral), I find the Sprinkler more useful than bombs in general. Splash wall and seekers could be really useful in Port Mackeral, but I find that the sprinkler works best for me in Splatzones overall.
As with Tower control, throwing suction bombs on the tower is best by far, as it scares enemies off the tower, whereas the normal bomb could easily roll off and suction bombs take too many hits before they get splatted.
This is just from my experience, but I guess since we don't use the same weapons, the effectiveness for each subweapon varies.
But if you generalize and average out everything across all modes, I guess my list would be really similar to yours :p

All true, this list is kinda trying to be objective but in the end it's all just my opinion so don't let that change how you play!

Yeah I'll give it a shot, but naturally I'm more interested in the E-Liter with scope finally!
