Nintendo helped save me from turning into an old Leo-j though.

No, I seriously was ^^" I didn't rag on the other consoles like an ignorant fanboy would...but I praise Sony like mad, don't even give the other companies much thought.

the last home console I purchased before my Wii was a PS1. So I suppose I count?

I know a lot of casual gamers that used to own a ps2 last gen and bought a wii this gen, I ask them why they bought a wii? and they answered me that it was because it was not a traditional console and it was a new experience.

I would not call myself a fanboy but I prefer what Sony has to offer. That said I will be a PSWii60 owner on 1st of April!

I always have Nintendo consoles since the NES, but I have one PS1 and I like it, but I love my N64.
