Sold to end user: within June 2016. The better Halo launch, BF and Xmas sales will be, the sooner it will happen, but it's quite safe to predict that it won't be later than next June.
Shipped: between Xmas 2015 period and May 2016, MS could decide to ship the 20 millionth unit as early as possible, but as its fiscal year ends on 30 June, it's not mandatory to force it too early, even with unexciting sales this milestone will be reached quite comfortably within the FY.

Seems you are not seeing Gears and Halo fever in the air. I know at least 6 people getting xbox one for these games.

I think it will get damn close this Holiday, March seems safe but it could pick up steam with Halo 5, Gears, Tomb Raider, World of Tanks, Forza 6. That's a banging lineup.

I can't see X1 seling less than 9 millions on a year whit Halo 5 and so many other exclusives coming... X1 will break 20M in december, perhaps even november.
