Forums - Sales - Halo:MCC still in top 20 worldwide. No PS4 2015 Exclusive is in top 50.

You're obviously looking at the weekly sales and not the yearly.

2015

Hence.. Why I said weekly. and listed the EXACT weeks that I was talking about.. Thats why it helps to read more then headlines..

Also.. those are only for 2015 #'s..  and don't inlcudd units sold in 2014..   Since Halo:MCC and TLoU have outsold both Bloodborne and Order:1886 by over a million each..

But it does show how well the games sold earlier in the year, while they might have dropped down or off the weekly charts for the moment they have sold well enough that MCC might not sell as much as them this year total.

The other thing to consider is how software on this site is even less likely to be accurate than the hardware sales.

You didn't say weekly or refered to weeks not once in your op. You implied something else entirely.

"Halo:MCC released November 2014 is still in TOP 20 (#19) for Worldwide games as of June 20th.. and in the top TEN (#8)  for USA for June 27th.. "

The weekly chart only shows what sold in that week alone and it doesn't show the whole picture. Just because something sold better within a week doesn't mean it's selling better consistently within a bigger timeframe. Why didn't you link any charts? Why are you only looking at a weekly chart to determine what game is selling better? Why were you comparing a 2014 game to 2015 games?

 In this year alone....

Halo: MCC sold 542,945

Bloodborne sold 1,352,821

The Order sold 980,969

The reason why I'm only showing 2015 is because two of the games are 2015 games. I wanted to show a no bullshit prospective of the situation with these games instead of skewed data.

How is looking at the sales chart for just the week ending on June 20th gonna prove that Halo 5 is gonna sell well in the Holidays? That's really just hyperbole or a distraction. Halo 5 will sell well because it's a numbered halo and games sell well during the holidays. How well Halo is fairing in the week ending on june 20th against bloodborne and the order have diddly squat to do with halo 5 selling in the holidays.

I think you just wanted to say that the PS4's exclusives aren't pushing consoles sales or game sales without catching flak for it.

Because of Hype. Halo 5 is coming and people want to get their bodies ready.

Xbone... the new "N" word   Apparently I troll MS now | Evidence | Evidence

Are you serious? You're only talking about a few select weeks? How on earth is this thread worthy? What's the point you're trying to get across here?

Just...wwwhhhyyyy?

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Bloodborne is still ahead of every XOne exclusive so far this gen besides the two I mentioned, maybe Forza 5 (not looking it up).

Regardless of install base, it's a so called "niche" title and it's impressive that it has sold that much, especially compared to Dark Souls first couple months

Considering the length of The Order and all the criticisms it has recieved the fact it's approaching 1 million is impressive as well not being a launched title that's been out nearly 2 years. It got a price cut, so I'm expecting it to go ahead of Ryse and Dead Rising. Which XOne gamers like, yet both are not much better on Metacritic. Pretty soon.....Neither of those games will be actual exclusives anyways like Bloodborne and The Order.

Launch titles should sell great regardless of install base for they are the only exclusives at first.

No it isn't. And the fact that you won't look it up shows that I shouldn't take you seriously.

I don't know how reliable is VGC but if you will use it...

1. inFAMOUS: Second Son 2.28m
2. Killzone: Shadow Fall 2.26m
3. Forza Motorsport 5 1.99m
4. DriveClub 1.69m
5. Knack 1.38m
6. Bloodborne 1.35m
7. The Order: 1886 0.98m
8. Sunset Overdrive 0.83m
9. Kinect Sports Rivals 0.42m

Yeap... he is right... only Forza 5 is ahead Bloodborne.

So I guess you need to stop to call people wrong whithout check the claims first

PS. Even if you try to use console exclusives Bloodborne only will loose to Titanfall and Dead Rising 3 (that one because VGC is not uptodate... the difference is 0.02m so with one or two weeks BB will pass it).

Edit - Titanfall is on 360 too... not console exclusive lol my bad.

Isn't that the point Murph just made?

Dave said Bloodborne is ahead of every X1 exclusive which isn't true and only Forza 5(X1 exclusive) is ahead.

He said that Bloodborne was ahead of every X1 exclusive except MCC and Titanfall. Which is wrong. Then tried to say The Order is also ahead of every X1 exclusive except MCC and Titanfall. Did you read?

If he's going to include MCC and Titanfall I don't see how you can dismiss them. But go ahead and move those goalposts.

Bloodborne is ahead every X1 exclusive except Forza 5.

That means EVERY with EXCEPTION of Forza 5.
