Where are you getting that data? VGchartz says they both sold more on Xbox One in the US.

Was it only the PC version of the game that was riddled with bugs, or did the console versions have issues as well?

 I've watched my friend play Batman on his XBone, and there didn't seem to be a single issue, outside of the occasional framedrop. According to Digital Foudry, the PS4 version performs even better, so I think it's just the PC version.
