it could had being 4 million + if it was multi platform! hey hey

(platinum lost alot of money or Nintendo did paid alot of money)

one way or the other 1 of them lost alot of $$$$ (who nintendo or platinum) humm

Platinum didn't pay anything. They received payments to develop the game as they don't even own the IP.

Nintendo is the one paying for development. SEGA likely didn't pay anything either and just allowed them to use the IP, but if they did they're going to get a share, which lowers the amount of revenue Nintendo can keep for themselves. Either way it wasn't a good investment as the HW sales barely rose and the game surely isn't profitable.

if the game sales 1m(end of the year), they will not ave burned to much money and they will have made alot of core gamers very happy.

some times making alot of money isnt the reason to make a game.

Only if they set it in the Zelda universe and call it Hyrule Warriors.

Considering the game is still at full price, I'm pretty sure they will be in profit territory with 1 million+ sales.

I don't know for other countries, but here in france, the game got its price slashed during the summer sales.
I got the special edition 2 weeks ago for 12 euros/13$, so that way he could definitely get the million.

Time's almost up. Bayonetta, you'd better start creating miracles.

How funny, the story of the game fits with its poor commercial performance... kind of.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Nintendo didn't developt Bayonetta 2, they paid for it's development, as in: If there was no Bayonetta 2 there wouldn't be another game in it's place.
