Not at all.

I just want a real mario 3d.

1) It's not officially by Nintendo.

2) It doesn't come with 100 premade levels done by Nintendo to inspire you.

3) No miiverse functionality.

4) Can't be shared, online, with other Nintendo gamers on a NIntendo device (where Nintendo games are meant to be played).

5) I HATE doing side scroller games on pc (the controls are meant to be done by a controller).

you could get super mario bros x for free. Its a editor with level sharing community. You can also connect a controller to play the game. It comes with 60 premade levels. It will run even on low end Pcs/laptops. Its 60$ cheaper then mario maker.

Doesn't disregard my other points, not to mention 60 isn't 100 (and the 100 are made by Nintendo, not random kids), and any controller doesn't meant a good one (the Steam controller looks terrible, for example, compared to something like the gamecube controller). And the community on that game is going to be a LOT smaller and a LOT less dedicated than something on a Wii U or 3ds or NX.

So you spend 60 bucks just to have the word nintendo on the game? serious? You can download alot more levels and the 60 inside are very good.

you can even use a pro controller to play the game if you want. The community is big enough, there are more levels available then you could play in the next years.

but i will not stop anybody by wasting their money. Its just ridiclous that people will buy a game what you can get for free on the internet scince years and think its a big thing.

Those "games" you referenced are, essentially, stolen ip from Nintendo. It's as unethical as watching pirated movies or running a torrent. I don't support stealing ip and making your own spin on it.

actual nintendo stole their idea, because these editors exist before mario maker. They just used the mario ip. Nothing wrong with that. Nintendo is also using other ips in smash bros (mega man etc.).

1) The ip being stolen is MARIO. Mario is Nintendo's character. These guys don't have permission to make Mario games of their own.

2) Nintendo has the rights to make whatever they want with THEIR character and THEIR game series. It belongs solely to them. Just because someone else, unethically or illegally, made their own fake game, doesn't mean Nintendo is in the wrong. Nintendo can do whatever they want with Mario because they own Mario.

3) Those ips were agreed upon by those companies (Sega, Capcom, etc). Do you really think Nintendo could use mega man without their permission? LOL that would be absurd. They would get sued. Nintendo isn't stealing anything. The games you support are stealing.

I still wonder why i bought this game. I played 1 hour, and it was already more than enough for me.
