to those saying that it seems impossible......didn't Halo 3 get like a billion pre-orders? Now we're talking about a series that is recognizable WORLDWIDE....how's it seem impossible

What will be interesting is whether or not these 1 million sales (which are surely retailer orders) are selling to current or new PS3 owners.

As tempting as it is to get prologue, I will try and hold out until the full version comes out.
What will be more interesting than GT5 P sales is the effect it will have on hardware sales.

I don't understand why they would not make the rest of the game as a ADD ON DLC via PSN?

That way prologue owners can upgrade to the full version.

actually its very possible.

200k in japan on 2 million user base. (not counting downlaods)

GT4 sold 5 times as much in Europe as it did in Japan on twice as big a user abse.

so thats what..... 1 million is very possible.
