Damn Nintendo you really need some help with online because you don't know what you are doing. I don't think the mode is gone forever but if they rotate the modes like they do with maps then is complete BS.

...But you payed $60 knowing a full game wasn't available. Like, that's Splatoon's whole gimmick. "Pay $60 now for a full game maybe later." Honestly, yes, how dare you. You financial support is directly linked to why shit like this happens.

I want to stay optimistic and think that this was done so that players try the new mode, but still this is so dumb.

If it wasn't an accident, then I fear for the future thinking of what Nintendo will do. Let's just hope that they did it by accident.

As much as I love splatoon and its new mode, Spamanig has a point. The next major update is in August. This is something that I personally paid 74 dollars (Not American) for and I have gotten hours of fun out of regardless of how complete most people think it is. Stuff like this doesnt spoil my fun, so yeah...  uh Splatoon is fun *waves arms*

I have read some horrible spin for Splatoon, but this takes the cake.
