Between Npd, Media create, Famistu, and the japanense software sales estimates we have a pretty good basis to extrapolate numbers from there. For EU we at least get software charts, so that could help, at least to provide the order of software and give an indication towards hardware in some cases. Otherwise hold out for official annoucements.
I'd be nice to have some store chain like comg somewhere in europe and NA as well to be able to track preorder and software sales estimates though.

Holy shit there is a mathematical principal to this. The knowledge of the group, if we add up all of our predictions and gather an average from that the answer will be very close to the truth.
