Where does it say a pokémon can't have two statuses at the same time? And it would also appear you can now use as many items as you want per post now, as I see you've both given Blastoise an antidote, and leered Typhlosion in the same post. So just for confirmation, can we now use multiple items per post?

Quote me using an antidote... cause I'm pretty sure I gave him a pecha berry (which activates automatically) and didn't use it on him. There was no multiple item usage.

You aren't using the item you are giving it to the pokemon. If the pokemon is poisoned and you give it a pecha to hold it automatically activates. Same with any status berry.

You can use multiple antidotes and potions, however multiple offensive items in one go is a no or I would have gone all 3 on typhlosion from the start
