What I do with my own body and the contracts I make with others (who are capable of understanding these contracts) are none of your business. Modern Liberals, Progressive, Conservatives, etc have a lot to learn about ethics in that regard.

thats not true, its a very old fight we ar watching here, religios values vs moral values.  and moral values will win in the end because freedom and education are the enemys of religion and the friends of modern ethics.
