1 - Its their choice. As long as they can properly provide for their families then why not.
2 - Its been proven to help medically and I don't believe there has been ever a record of a crime being committed when using this. I think... So why not as well.
3 - Depends on the country but if you have a strong and willful law enforcement. Then maybe you can legalize this but not in most countries like mine because there is corruption everywhere and the Government is the criminal syndicate.
4 - Umm.... awkward. I dunno. lol!
5 - No just no,,, who would advocate for this?
