I know that most of time user scores on metacritic don't really mean that much, if anything, still it is not everyday we see a AAA game get down voted like that.

Capped at 30 frames-per-second (unless you edit the game files), suffering sound drops and visual stuttering, Arkham Knight is seeing reported problems on all manner of systems, no matter the specifications. Comparisons to Unity are very common and there is a lot of rage going on against Nvidia Game Works too.
