Super Mario Sunshine!

Super Metroid is pretty dated.

I barely remember BloodRayne 2, except for her "sisters" and the ending.  It had nowhere near the impact of the first game.  It was important, though, because the setup for BloodRayne 3 sounded awesome.  I want that game, where vampires have taken over the earth.  

It would be awesome to have BloodRyane 3. It also wouldn't be bad to revist her roots in an earlier age. Personally the series should be rebooted with the first game being remade but the sequel goes in different direction. The 2nd game felt very out of place from the first game and it felt like it was "misdirected" so to speak.

You kidding me? In an age of remakes we are seeing simple ports that are just upscaled. We need TRUE remakes and the Final Fantasy VII announcement shows that this is what we need. I'll compile a list of 10 with a brief explanation as of why. These aren't necessarily my most wanted but up there and are logical imho.

- Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake
These are a given since they will bridge the story together and can use a little updating. Not to mention all the new fans are going to be screaming "WTF" ! by the end of "The Phantom Pain".

- Resident Evil (all up them up to and including 4)
This one might confuse a few people. All of the original games are seeing an HD re-release but unfortunately I believe what they need a remake. The option to play with the new style along with the old. The new style of gameplay would be scarier as you can't see behind you and the movement speed, ammo count, and ink ribbons would remain the same.

- The Legend of Zelda; A Link to the Past
I don't need to say much about this one but a 3D remake would be fantastic. The art style should be realistic as this is one of the titles that had a greater sense a realism to it. Link's hair must remain purple!

- Jet Force Gemini
While this is still possible, I can't possibly see how it would be the same.

- Oni
This one is a pipe-dream considering the controversy of who owns the rights. The game is fantastic and it would really teach developers how combat in actions games works. All the different moves and depending on your angel the move will differ accordingly.

- Ape Escape
One of Sony's flagship titles in the PS1 era. The sequels were sub-par but the original is unparalleled in level design. This one is actually likely as the original team has been in touch and there has been rumors for a while that the series may return to the PS4.Plus Yoshida has been very in touch with the gaming community and this was a game he has a personal connection too.

- Parasite Eve
Well the rumors are strong with this one and this is a game that has been needing a new entry in over a decade. Oh and no "The 3rd Birthday" does not count as a real Parasite Eve game..... So don't even.....

- Advent Rising
This one is interesting because the game only did mediocre while the advertising was insane and a contest that won gamers real money in game. Advent Rising was a game that was way a head of its time and it was incredibly ambitious to the point Majesco went bankrupt due to  this game. This game was held in great regards as a favorite to those who played it and the story was a master piece with the help of the legendary Orson Scott Card. The gameplay let the play choose from a wide range of play styles by combining gunplay with psionic abilities.

- Spyro the Dragon & Ripto's Rage
Heh a gamer can dream right? To bad not even Activison's concept artist can draw Spyro right.

- Skies of Arcadia
Don't even argue with me on this one. You all want it so just admit it!

Those are just 10 off the top of my head in no particular order. These are just remakes that are faithful to the original with only tiny if necessary changes. Don't get me started on must needed sequels! :3

I can think of a ton of games they should make sequels for but not so much for remasters/remakes

None. Remakes need to stop.

Chrono Trigger
Skies of Arcadia
Half Life series HD (shortly before Half Life 3 is announced)
Panzer Dragoon Saga
Lunar Eternal Blue

Shenmue 1 and 2 since shenmue 3 is actually happening, I want to play 1/2 to I can maybe play 3 and while I can do that regardless of it being remade, it wouldn't hurt to update the game with better graphics and etc

We need Golden Sun remakes.... HD remakes....
