I think it will... the Wii is still capable of this sort of game, and the main thing is the music & dance updates.
There are still enough Wiis sitting around in liveing rooms, to make it possible for it to pass 1mil.

several casuals who doesn't want new consoles normally buy this party games. so Just Dance on Wii can certainly surpass 1m, if not atleast near 1m in sales.
