LOL They've ducked every question revolving around whether Lara will show any similarities to the old lara. Its f'n hilarious how much they look around the room wishing people never said a word. Heh

Did Microsoft know Final Fantasy 7's remake was being moneyhatted by Sony? Nope. Generally its the case that everyone doesn't know until the reveal; therefore, you cannot fight for what you don't know is in danger of no longer being multiplatform. :)

This game won't be coming to to PS4, period, the other platform will be PC. Microsoft are the publishers so are funding the development, putting their own money into it, there not going to do that for it to release on its biggest rivals console and for the game to sell more on that console (which it would) which would just be embarrassing for them as they funded it. I think fans are just clutching straws hoping that it's coming for PS4 but it's simply not going to.

The only slight chance ps4 owners have (which I am) is like with the mass effect 1 scenario, crystal dynamics will have to release a tomb raider collection and include Rise of the Tomb Raider in it.

First and foremost, Square Enix are very close with Sony. This just so happens to be a deal they are honoring with Microsoft. Secondly, it is a fact that the most the brand the game is most popular on is Playstation. There is nothing they can do about the deal, but Square knows the this game cannot support itself over the length of its life without Playstation. LOL...If it was only PC and Microsoft.....Microsoft would be paying much more to cover the possible losses. The Tomb Raider reboot needed two generations of consoles (including PC) to even sell on par with Uncharted. This....my friend...is sad for the amount of money Square is forking out to develop the game. Microsoft gave them an offer they couldnt refuse.

Not good, my friend. Not good. You would think it would be positive...but the outcome wouldn't be. What we can definitely predict in this instance, is that the sales will not be as good as the potential had it been a full multiplatform release at launch.

Good luck to them. The longer they wait, the sales potential of their game decreases.

Rise Of The Tomb Raider was supposed to be a multiplat but Microsoft paid Square Enix to make it XB1 timed exclusive. That sucks for fans on PC and PS4. I would have bought it on PC if it was released at the same time as XB1 version like its supposed to.

That would be an amazing get for MS so why aren't they promoting it like they do every other exclusive? Why aren't they shouting it from the rooftops? Not only will it eventually come to the PS4 but the stick surrounding the shady way MS have gone about promoting this will necessitate SE making improvements to the PS4 version.

Of course they are avoiding that - they've raped original Lara, put the bullet through her head and burried her in the desert, then created this modern 'emotional' imposter to replace her.
