Not very spoopy for me, much like Until Dawn. I would also like it if the girls weren't so...frail looking. I'm not saying put Lara Croft in there but I don't know, isn't it cold in those woods or something?

The game does look like it has great atmosphere and the gamepad works really well with it.

Irrelavant but I have to say that the name for the localized version is really nice,catchy and astute...
I was expecting it to be just Fatal Frame 5,like it is IN Japan(it's with the latin number that represents 5 there though,I think V)!:P

There is no game I want more right now, not even Xenoblade Chronicles X.

The Wii entries were two of my favorite games last gen, and this looks like it retains everything that made them great; the atmosphere, the suspense, the deliberate pacing, and just enough old school awkwardness to avoid that slick soullessness Resident Evil has fallen victim to but never hamper the gameplay.

The Wii games did not have those so much, #5 seem to ramp up the eroticism compared to its predecessors. The fact that the main protagonist is now over the age of consent (19) helps, as it means I won't be in a constant state of guilt. XD

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if the Bikini costumes are cut, like in all prior Western releases of the series.

Honestly I hope they do. Good way to avoid stupid polemics with something that doesn´t even affect gameplay at all, and even breaks the atmosphere 

The tricky thing is, in prior games they were cut because the characters were under 18.

In this entry, one of the bikini girls is 19, but the other is 17. So, will they cut one but not the other? Or will they just cut both?

For the record, I would never use them anyway, kind of breaks the immersion, haha.

Seems pretty neat. Could get pretty scary at times, especially with that Gamepad right in front of tour face .
