I love when they quote revenues and not actual hardware sold. Since the Wii is, rough average, about $75 bucks cheaper than the 360, it would have to sell loads more to achieve the same revenue. The same applies to games and accesories (more expensive games in general, and games like Rock Band). Also, for the last money one (the one about 9 billion dollars being spent on the 360), it's been out longer, in other words, more time to spend more money. This same logic can be applied to the attach rate. Out longer = better attach rates.
Does ANYONE watch Hannah Montana on the 360? I mean, seriously? Also, though the 360/PS3 have the Lost game, the Wii/DS has the Hannah Montana games. lol. I really love that line.
For the most part, it's simply PR spin. Nothing out of the ordinary.
To sum up MS:
We're being outsold by the PS3 in America. We're putting all of our eggs into GTAIV's basket. We hope to god that GTAIV will push consoles, because if it doesn't, the PS3 may beat us every month in NPD this year.
Well the Wii is making money at a faster pace than the 360 and they don't rip people off for online service. What a load of BS pr spin. Should I be surprised? No. And if you can't brag about your actual sales representing demand, (which is lower than your competitors) then brag about how much money you make. After all, every 360 owner wants to know that Microsoft is getting plenty of money from them!
What I want to know is if this was directed at stock holders or gamers. I think gamers otherwise they wouldn't have spent so much fucking time talking about the 360!
Again I would like to reiterate that I like the 360 and the games, but I HATE microsoft. They're monopolistic bastards who lie to consumers.

yup basically and also I don't understand how the Wii outsold both the PS3 and the 360, yet when the 360 is outsold by the PS3, they say it's because of shortages. Are you telling me it's harder to find a 360 than it is to find a Wii? dont think so... ive seen pro's all week.. i live upstate

MS is definitely doing great and I specially like how it gets all the Sony fanboys up in arms because we know how much Sony gives 2 craps abou them lol
Just out of curiosity, where is it sold out at? Every store I go into has many of each model of 360 there, I haven't seen any sign of a shortage anywhere.
