have very similar color palletes and they are both the brightest characters in both games. 

Both main characters are pretty similar too.

Yep, you are totally right... Looks like a launch Vita game...  The Vita was launched in Japan in 2011.  It released other regions in Feb 2012.  Your statement is about as big of crap as what is about to come out my ass in a few mins.

They are similar, but the Vita game has cel-shaded characters, is running at 540p, and still has less detailed environments. I find the Vita game to be one of its better looking titles.
