After watching all the press conferences i must admit its been quite enjoyable. My summary of both companies is quite simple and makes me proud to be a gamer at my age.

-Best Games Shown - Sony (FF7 is the killer App)

-Best Console Features - Microsoft (Backwards Compatibility)

-Best New IP - Sony/Microsoft (Horizon/ReCore) TIE

-Best Game Value - Microsoft (Rare's Replay)

I am not into comparing two companies since they both have great games and good systems but i will say E3 has been a blast for me. As for Nintendo, i really wish they get back to there roots agains. They won 2014 E3 and sometimes its hard to stay ontop. PC's conference wasnt anything great either which is sad on my end since i game on PC. Out of MS and Sony, Sony manage to show the better games this time around while MS shown better features and Value packs.

There is no winner out of the two in my opinion because after watching E3 i feel as if i could go to the shops and purchase any of these consoles. When thats the case you know there both doing really well. Just offering better experinces in different ways.

This is my opinion. All are welcome to share your own opinions using my formula. Keep it simple and no flaming others.

For me, Sony ended up winning. However both had impressive conferences, and ultimately it is the gamers that won out in the end. Our voices were heard, our complaints addressed, and our hopes and dreams coming into fruition.

In the end, as you have stated good sir, both had exceptional qualities! That being said, both achieved what they thought was acceptable and succeeded in their goal; make gamers happy and give them the power to believe. That's what I took away from this year.

Sony

I like Sony's press conf more but MS certainly had a great showing! If Sony didn't have the 3 zomfg big hitters, I would have given it to MS but it just goes to show how you can never underestimate Sony considering how before the press conf, many sites around the internet were skeptical about Sony's press conf with games being delayed any what not.

Sony had the best conference of the two. Microsoft's was still pretty good. The PC conference was bad but not Nintendo bad, both were embarrassing cringe fests imo
