That was the best conference in a long time.
Lots of new games, japanese developers doing their best, Horizon and TLG look amazing.
That time exclusivity deal on ffvii remake is a big deal too.
And on top of that, Uncharted4 was stunning. I was really impressed.

The forum got really laggy for a bit. haha. 10/10 though. A lot of megatons.

WTF that sig... is that an octopus?

It's a dead squid that is served like that as a meal. Would you like fries with that?

Couldn't see the conference live ,but watched the trailers now, and i think it was one of the best sony shows ever. Many games that people were hoping for... But one game i was missing (not that there weren't enough), but shouldn't be there the new level5 game...?

Around the Network

the best E3 ever.

Shenmue 3 and Final Fantasy 7 Remake, oh my GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!

Horizont looks so amazing! best new ip.

9/10

Only because FF7R is Timed and that kinda softened the impact of the megaton announcement for them. Sony also kinda overloaded the juicy parts at the beginning and snoozed out after the Shenmue 3 kickstarter announcement.

Some may feel iffy about that move but if kickstarter is the only way to save a great old franchise from obscurity. So be it.

That doesn't look dead at all. lol!

It could have been legendary if they hade just announced a big game for this holiday aswell...

I am torn between a 10/10 and a 8/10 for the Sony conference...

Because as a gamer the big announcements hardly affect me now.

I never felt so amazed by a conference like this year from Sony but what is the impact, like when I found it amazing that FFXIII was announced for Xbox 360.   I had a PS3 and X360 so as a gamer it not affected me except for the part that I can buy it two times.

The Last Guardian announcement made me so happy but at the same time feel stupid and sad. The game is in development from 2007 the year that the first Iphone came out as an refernce. It was promised and announced for PS3 and we are so happy that they showed it yesterday because it is alive... They kind of swrewed up with the game and I feel like I should not credit the announcement as something great. Basically they announced it 6 years ago, they kind of screwed up it is game development for internal reasons and we are happy to hear it is not dead. The reason why it made me sad is personal but I had a friend who was looking forward it and passed away and I will buy the Last Guardian and even when I hate the game I will finish it for this person.  I feel like I have to.

Final Fantasy VII was a dream coming true, this is what you want to see because you know it would be big on the internet like Shenmue 3 but after the conference you come back on earth....And then I have to remind myself that I not liked FFVII that much and infact I am one of those I love FFVI/FFIX guys.  I also know that if today at the Nintendo conference they announce a remake of FFVI and that it release this year in November it will be not so big as an announcement as the remake of FFVII...   Also as a gamer they want me to be excited for a game that will not release soon....We are lucky to have FFXV this year but I expect it for early next year...And KH3 in 2017...So 2018 seems like a reasonable time for its release or another 2 E3's before we can play it...That's so long so why should I be as a gamer excited for it now...

Shenmue 3 same thing, most people who I let play Shenmue did not enjoy it. But I was so happy for the announcement because I know the internet would see it as a big thing and again...We will not play it soon....it is expected to release december 2017 but even that could be delayed like every Shenmue did and how will this game be like? And the announcement was also a bit strange, it will be on PS4 if you pay for it!!

And will those games deliver? Last year we all were so sure that Silent hills will deliver because P.T. was amazing...

Best way to do it is like Bethesda did, Fallout 4 was announced only a few weeks ago, they showed up gameplay at E3 and we will play it in 5 months that's what I want to see from all E3 conferences.

I was also amazed by Horizon and did not expected to see gameplay but was hoping that they announce it to release this year...Would have been so so so so great!!!

All this reasons is why I give it an 8/10. It is so easy to make the internet go wild, could have showed a Crash/legend of dragoon teaser and people woul have gone nuts aswell but me as a gamer want to see it soon and not promises because it is not all in Sony's hands and they can promise but you also have to deliver.

7/10 from me.

Uncharted looked like good fun.
Horizon looked great graphically. Not sure about that GG art and writing though.
Last Guardian looked good, too.

Destiny docks from the score. As did talk about PS Vue. IDC about Shenmue 3 or Final Fantasy 7. If I were still a 16 year old me I would have been all over a FF7 remake.

Some of the better stuff shown at Sony were multiplats imho. And unless I missed it they didn't have anything as big as backwards compatibility or early access.
