Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Solid 8/10, B/C, new IP's, free games included with games, Great AAA games, yeah it was great. Granted I felt it was a bit squished in for an Hour and half conference, so I think we'll see much more at Gamescom. Its going to be hard for Sony to top this.

LOL no it isn't that was a weak show, and most agree, impressions online are disappointment.,

Microsoft blew their load WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to soon. There were basically no new games. 3-4?

7/10

BC
Tomb Raider
Cuphead
Gears 4

Negatives:
Halo left me dissapointed
Still a fair number of empty announcements with no real gameplay, just CG teaser
Rare new game looks like a generic indie project (nice water though)
lack of interest in 1st half of the games show- (already saw fallout4 and Forza, Division, Rainbow 6 all left me a bit bored)

They could have easily scored a 9 if they showed gameplay from Recore and demoed Crackdown and that Platinum game.

Lol @ anyone acting as if backwards compatibility is not a megaton. I doubt anybody was expecting that.

Same thing with Fallout 4 mods being able on Xbox One.

It started off at like 9.5/10, but then the first 25 minutes were over and it wasn't that great anymore.

7/10 imo. Decent showing, helped out by the BC announcement, which was a nice addition.

Much better than last year imo. The only things I didn't like was the long indie section (seriously, Indies suck....get them off the big stage), and the fact that they didn't make a bigger deal about Halo 5. They only showed it off relatively briefly, and that rather annoyed me. Also that they showed Locke's team instead of Blue team. Stupid.

Everything else was aces for me. I especially liked the vibe of the new Rare game, and the tone of Gears 4, returning to it's dark roots.

8/10

I understand I did rate it a 9 on the Xbox Nation thread, but I have to revise. After seeing the beginning to end now, I am giving it a solid 7. Backwards Compatibility, Fallout 4 and Tomb Raider all coming out; the Elite controller a darkhorse highlight of the entire conference. However, some of these games come out next year. In addition, I just wished that there were more new IP as opposed to Sea of Thievs and Recore. I love Halo, Gears and Forza, but it would have been even better to add more fuel to the exclusive fire.

Becausde it is not..only 10% of the library will even work..No one cares about BC 2 years in, except a few hardcore. Mods are not exclusive to x1.
