A proper Spyro game (similar to the PS1-trilogy) for WiiU would be great!

You know what, I've never played a Spyro (or Crash Bandicoot for that matter) PS1 game. I really should grab them off PSN! I bet they still look alright on Vita.

Yeah, you can't go wrong with Naughty Dog (Crash Bandicoot 1 - 3) and Insomniac Games (Spyro 1 - 3).

Yeah I love their newer stuff. I went from N64 to Dreamcast and was in high school/college back then, so a lot of the PS1 stuff passed me by.

I don't expect anything from that statement.

Rockstar, GTA VI Exclusive

yeah dream on, all we're gonna get is characters in smash bros, maybe somebody else designing a 1st party title. if I tell u the truth i'll probably get banned again!lol

I agree, we might see some cameos and/or crossovers in games like Smash Bros, Mario Kart, maybe other games like Splatoon and such, with the occassional third party comapny working on a Nintendo first party game like Namco worked Smash Bros plus previously Star Fox and Mario Kart arcade games or Temco Koei with Hyrule Warriors, but that is it.

It would be a landmark upset if Nintendo landed a triple AAA multiplatform game let alone a major exclusive with a big third party at least in regards to the Wiii U. In Japan the 3DS at least gets Monster Hunter, the more family friendly Bandai Namco games and the occassional solid Sega game every now and then.

Probably something I'm not expecting. I sure didn't expect Hyrule Warriors.

With Nintendos preference of Japanes studios I'll just go crazy:

-Soul Fire Emblem

-Nintendo Hearts

-Resident Animal Crossing

-Devil may make Luigi cry

-Mega Man vs Metroid

I doubt it'll be something big. Though Nintendo Hearts would be great

That's OK, Nintendo has more than enough skill, and knows how to pick capable external studios, too. I'm sure they could do a deal with Sega and an appropriate studio, if they wanted to.

With Splatoon's success, it'd be cool to see a Jet Set Radio collaboration.

You know, I was literally going to suggest that as one of the examples I was coming up with in my previous post... but ended up deciding I couldn't be bothered going through with any more detail.

One of my other thoughts was that Nintendo could organise an exclusive, made by Capcom (specifically, the team that made Tatsunoko vs Capcom)... Virtua Street Fighter. A crossover between the two franchises, only for Nintendo systems.

And maybe a Nintendo studio could work with Yu Suzuki on Shenmue 3.

There's just so many possibilities.

They can always count with Bandai Namco to release at least one game for their consoles.

Half Life 3... Sc2 Ghosts... Yea those aren't happening for the wiiu

Perhaps read the rest of the post? Because your response sounds like you saw a list of games and went "nope" without bothering to look at the context.

I read the entire thing and then the list and it still sounds ridiculous (as you said so yourself). There is little context giving other than a promise of more third party developers jumping on a underwhelming console in terms of SALES, not the quality of its games.

As somebody already said it, it's PR talk, best not to read into it too hard.
