Has persona 5 been confirmed for a western release? if so i will add it.

The truth is, PS4 is getting more developer support than the PS3 in the early stage of both consoles.

We already know the PS4 will surpass the PS3 in terms of support. But can it beat the mighty PS2?

I think it has  a  " SHOT"  Noo Noo dont kill me just yet listen.

I think it al depends on the indie physical support that has been gaining ground this couple of months.(well at least in the EU For  example: Tower of guns and Ether one getting a pshycial release here)

With digital games it can surpase it easy,retail well perhaps.. we shall see.

I love japanese games. It's one of the main reasons why i like playstation consoles.

I don't consider the bolded exclusives. Honestly, I'm getting them not on PS4 (don't own one) but on my PS3, or in the case of Zesteria, my PC. Still the PS4 does have a better japanese library than the PS3 had at the same point in its lifetime, regardless of whether or not we can call it an exclusive library. 

Many of these games wil be released on the vita ps3 or pc.. its just in this console generation there ps4  exclusives.

Also dont expect star ocean 5 or persona 5 to come out here in the west on the ps3.

Okay, why does that matter other than to brag? Was it expected that the XBONE would get Japanese games? 

I'm certain Persona 5 will come to the West on PS3. Not certain about Star Ocean 5, but honestly not a huge Star Ocean fan so I wouldn't care too much if it didn't. The only company that has trouble localizing games these days seems to be Square Enix (hence no DQ Heroes PS3.) Atlus localizes games quite fine, and wouldn't miss out on sales for a series that is as large in the West as it is in Japan, when it essentially means minimal extra work/cost. Honestly Persona 4 released for the PS2 exclusively halfway into the seventh generation. They understand their audience for this type of game. 

yeah I gathered that from the latest Tales of Zisteria game on bamco's official channel where PC gamers voiced excitedment that this would be the first time they'd officially get to play a tales game on their pref platform, some other comments from console users tried shtting on that parade by claiming it should have stayed exclusive but hey that's not my business.

It's a shame console only fans think most PC games are garbage and don't think it;s worth ever getting into PC gaming while wanting PC exclusives...

I'm super confused now, are you telling me that anyone who says that now has to automatically braintype "that doesn't appeal to me" rather than the short and simple "no games" that even you just pointed out means "that appeals to me"?.

I'll be that guy, for games that aren't exclusive on PS4, they appeal to me, those that are exclusive to the PS4 don't actually appeal to me, so regardless of them getting games from the galaxies of space and time, they still don't have anything that appealos to me, you can point me a list, write me a report but I'll still point out that they don't appeal to me, it's like when someone voices displeasure at the menu of a restuant and the chef comes out and shoves the customers face onto the table multiple times while screaming "there's plenty of choice just like something god dammit!, I can't accept no for an asnwer, you have to like something and you will!", is what it feels like when people who have nothing at stake decide to argue with those who are just showing that they aren't interested.

Besides this "no games" thing isn't just exclusive to Sony/PS4, I've seen it said across the net for Xbox, Wii U and even PC along with the handhelds.

This is pretty much a list of the games I want. I already see my PS4 developing a backlog by 2016.
