Okay, why does that matter other than to brag? Was it expected that the XBONE would get Japanese games? 

I'm certain Persona 5 will come to the West on PS3. Not certain about Star Ocean 5, but honestly not a huge Star Ocean fan so I wouldn't care too much if it didn't. The only company that has trouble localizing games these days seems to be Square Enix (hence no DQ Heroes PS3.) Atlus localizes games quite fine, and wouldn't miss out on sales for a series that is as large in the West as it is in Japan, when it essentially means minimal extra work/cost. Honestly Persona 4 released for the PS2 exclusively halfway into the seventh generation. They understand their audience for this type of game.
