| BMaker11 said: See, this right here is what really puts to rest any notion that any PlayStation "has no games". I know "no games" actually means "no games that appeal to me", but the PlayStation ecosystem is about diversity and getting games from everywhere. The same can't be said about any of its competition. Even if an exclusive appears on another console, an "equivalent" will be on PlayStation (by that, I mean, just look at the reactions to SFV: "we don't need that. We have Killer Instinct") whether it be multiplatform or exclusive, but PlayStation also gets these Japanese games, and there is no "equivalent" for other platforms. So the "no games that appeal to me" argument is kinda bunk, when you think about it. PlayStation always has games of the same appeal people give to other platforms and then gets games where no "equivalent" appears on the competition. Simple logic tells you that PlayStation "has games", no matter what angle you look at it from. |
I'm super confused now, are you telling me that anyone who says that now has to automatically braintype "that doesn't appeal to me" rather than the short and simple "no games" that even you just pointed out means "that appeals to me"?.
I'll be that guy, for games that aren't exclusive on PS4, they appeal to me, those that are exclusive to the PS4 don't actually appeal to me, so regardless of them getting games from the galaxies of space and time, they still don't have anything that appealos to me, you can point me a list, write me a report but I'll still point out that they don't appeal to me, it's like when someone voices displeasure at the menu of a restuant and the chef comes out and shoves the customers face onto the table multiple times while screaming "there's plenty of choice just like something god dammit!, I can't accept no for an asnwer, you have to like something and you will!", is what it feels like when people who have nothing at stake decide to argue with those who are just showing that they aren't interested.
Besides this "no games" thing isn't just exclusive to Sony/PS4, I've seen it said across the net for Xbox, Wii U and even PC along with the handhelds.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
