Diablo 3 on PS4 offers endless fun especially with friends. I'll recommend that one.

Bayonetta 2. (comes with 1 free in usa).

It's a masterpiece that won't take more than 18-22hrs to play through the story once.
There's a nice selection of characters that grow as you progress. The gameplay is sublime and it should make you enjoy yourself a ton with the thrill of battle with exploration mixed in in breathtaking environments. B2 has online mode too.

It's just so damn fun to play!!! I guarantee you will not regret it. At all.

For PS4, I'd go with Dragon Age.

Bayonetta 2 without a single doubt. (2 awesome games for the price of one, no contest here)

Witcher 3 or DS2 (if you played a souls game before then i´d suggest DS2, if not then it could be a little rough(even more than the others)) as a starting experience)
